TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Registration Fees
Registration fees are published on the official APCB2027 website and are categorized by participant type, such as WABIP Member, Non-WABIP Member, and Young Student <35years old (proof of being a student/trainee is required). Fee schedules are subject to early bird, regular, and late registration tiers with corresponding deadlines.
All fees are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
APCB2027 accepts payment through the following methods:
Bank Transfer
Bank transfer (telegraphic transfer/wire transfer / online bank transfer) to the officially designated APCB2027 bank account. Bank details will be provided upon submission of the registration form.
Credit Card (Philippine Peso)
Peso-denominated credit card payments are accepted through our authorized payment gateway. Only Philippine Peso (PHP) transactions are accepted; foreign currency credit card payments will not be processed. Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, and JCB (subject to availability).
Payments made to any account or gateway other than those officially designated by APCB2027 will not be honored. APCB2027 shall bear no liability for misdirected payments.
3. Payment Process
For Bank Transfer:
- Complete the official online or paper registration form.
- Transfer the applicable registration fee to the designated APCB2027 bank account.

A confirmation email will be sent within 3-5 business days of payment verification.
For Credit Card:
- Complete the official online registration form.
- Select credit card as your payment method and follow the secure payment gateway instructions.
- A transaction confirmation will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment.
- Registration confirmation will be issued within 1-2 business days following successful transaction verification.
4. Payment Deadlines

Payments not received by the applicable deadline will be processed at the next applicable rate. APCB2027 reserves the right to close registration once venue capacity is reached.
5. Bank Charges, Transfer Fees, and Credit Card Surcharges
All bank transfer charges, correspondent bank fees, and currency conversion charges are the sole responsibility of the registrant. Please ensure that the full registration fee is received net of all deductions. Shortfalls due to bank charges must be settled prior to congress participation.
Credit card payments may be subject to a processing surcharge as determined by the payment gateway provider. This surcharge, if applicable, will be disclosed prior to final payment confirmation.
6. Confirmation of Registration
Registration is considered complete and confirmed only upon:
- Receipt and verification of full payment by the APCB2027 secretariat, and
- Issuance of an official confirmation email to the registered email address.
Submission of the registration form alone, without corresponding verified payment, does not constitute a confirmed registration.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
7.1 Cancellation by Registrant

Administrative fees, bank transfer charges, and credit card processing surcharges are non-refundable in all cases. Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method.
7.2 Substitution
Registered participants who cannot attend may nominate a substitute delegate from the same institution. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing no later than February 2, 2027. Substitutions are subject to the organizing committee's approval.
7.3 Cancellation by APCB2027
In the event that APCB2027 is cancelled, postponed, or converted to a virtual format due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government directives), registrants will be offered:
- Transfer of registration to the rescheduled event, or
- A credit toward a future APCB congress, or
- A partial refund, net of non-recoverable costs already incurred by the organizers.
APCB2027 shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, visa, or other incidental costs incurred by registrants in such circumstances.
8. Official Receipt / Acknowledgment
Official receipts will be issued in accordance with the Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations. Requests for official receipts must be made at the time of registration. Receipts will be issued in the name and tax identification information provided at registration; post-issuance corrections may not be possible.
9. On-site Registration
On-site registration is subject to availability. Payment on-site may be made via bank transfer or credit card (PHP), subject to available facilities. On-site registrants are not guaranteed congress materials, printed programs, or included meals if pre-ordered capacities have been reached.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to registration or payment shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
11. Amendments
APCB2027 reserves the right to amend these Payment Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the official website. Continued participation or retention of registration following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
